Items which you are unhappy with can be sent to the DTC for a detailed investigation and report. This could include garments or household textiles which are failing to meet specification or not performing well in use or garments that have become damaged/stained during cleaning.

Whether you are a consumer, cleaner, manufacturer or retailer, DTC may be able to help you. Disagreements often occur and independent advice can be the best way to resolve these disputes. DTC can provide the guidance needed – all supported by our technical skills and expertise.
DTC work with a wide range of customers, providing a completely unbiased opinion on the cause of any damages to your textile. DTC recognised by many major retailers and high street cleaners. In the unfortunate event that you have to escalate your dispute to a small claims court, our technical reports can be used and are acknowledge in UK courts.
Our Process
You can send your garment to us using the details provided on the contact us page. Downloadable forms are available to give you an idea of the information that we need. Upon receiving your garment we will e-mail you to let you know it has arrived safely. An invoice for the relevant service will be issued.
Please note we work on a pro-forma basis so your report/letter will not be issued until payment has been received. Technical report may take up to 15 working days to complete; items will be returned via insured carriage when the report is complete.
